DREAM UNIVERSITY PAID PROGRAMS
For our CHARGED EVENTS, unless specifically noted on an event, no refunds will be issued for event cancellations and enrollment is made with the explicit understanding that Dream University does not grant refunds.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you make a reservation but are unable to attend, Dream University is still responsible for the cost of your event reservation.

SUBSTITUTIONS
We highly encourage substitutions rather than cancellations. Please fax or email the substitute's and canceling registrants' name, address, phone number, and methods of payment to: 925-215-2468 or angela@dreamcoach.com.
If you would like to cancel your participation in a Dream University event, we will stop your reoccurring payments within two days of your written cancellation. It is your responsibility to re-sell your registration to someone or gift your registration to someone else as your substitute.
EVENT TRANSFERS
Dream University will allow a one-time only transfer per person from like-kind event into like-kind event with a $200 transfer fee if and when the same program is being offered at a later date. This transfer is only for same program transfers and does not apply for people choosing to transfer into a different event than the event originally registered for.
DREAM UNIVERSITY CERTIFIED DREAM COACH PROGRAMS It is necessary for you to attend the entire event in order to receive a certificate of completion.
OTHER STIPULATIONS
Please be aware that poor weather is not an acceptable excuse for not attending. While we do understand that your well-being is a priority, Dream University still must pay for our guaranteed attendance.
Hardship cases, such as health and family emergencies, will be reviewed on an individual basis.
In the unlikelihood that Dream University must cancel an event, we reserve the right to cancel any program at any time; if this is necessary, we will issue a full refund.
